I like to think his "peaceful" Atlantic crossing involved being captured by pirates in a storm, then he organised a mutiny and then had to hunt down his former ship to be reunited. But then when he arrived someone asked how the trip was, he responded "I couldn't possibly comment", "I'll just write down peaceful" responded the journalist.
